"You can also look in "Friends of Animals". It is still costly, not not nearly as bad as a regular vet. On the website, you can locate a vet that accepts the Friends of Animals certificate. I think it is about 75.00 to buy the certificate…"

"Try Hope Clinic in Waterbury....203-437-7955. Should be less than $50 but you will probably need to wait at least 4-6 weeks for actual appointment."

Does anyone know where a very low cost neutering can be done for a 10-12 lb dog?  I am appalled at the prices being charged.  Thank you!
